Cancellations

Personalised and made to order items are exempt from cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Therefore the traditional 14-day cooling off period does not apply. As such, we are not obliged to offer a full refund for any of our products. 

Sweatshirts: Please note bespoke items are non-refundable, and I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Once work has begun on your order, cancellations are not possible. If you cancel before sending your clothing, a refund will be issued minus £15 to cover the cost of the jumper. If you cancel after sending your clothing, you will receive a refund minus £15 to cover the cost of the jumper plus the cost of return shipping to have your items sent back to you.

As the clothes are sent to me directly by you, I’m not able to take responsibility for items lost in transit. I don’t have control over the shipping method used or the delivery process, so any loss during postage would need to be raised with the courier used to send the parcel.

If you wish to make a change to the product(s) you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible. If a change is possible, we will make you aware of any additional costs and changes to the timing of the processing or delivery of your order.
