Shipping & Send-in

I currently ship to the UK only (excluding Ireland) and United States of America.

US Customers:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country. I comply with international customs requirements; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand import rules and restrictions in their country. I cannot be held liable for delays, holds or additional charges applied by customs authorities. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Due to updated US import regulations (effective 29 August 2025), shipments from the UK are now subject to customs duties and import fees. For all US orders, a 10% import charge is added at checkout. This covers the customs duties and related fees required to ship your order to the United States.

EU Customers:
I'm currently unable to ship orders directly to EU countries due to GPSR regulations. If you choose to use a parcel forwarding service, this is done at your own discretion, and you are responsible or any custom or import obligations.

 

Sending Your Clothing:
Customers are responsible for posting their fabrics, including any postage costs.

As the clothes are sent to me directly by you, I’m not able to take responsibility for items lost in transit. I don’t have control over the shipping method used or the delivery process, so any loss during postage would need to be raised with the courier used to send the parcel.

International: Please note that international shipping costs for sending clothing to me can be high. I recommend checking with your chosen courier for an accurate quote and ensuring you are comfortable with the cost before placing your order.

When your parcel arrives, I will process it and send you an email confirmation to let you know it has been received. Please note that, due to the volume of orders, this may take a couple of days.

If an excessive quantity of clothing or materials is sent, an additional fee may be required to return the items. You will always be contacted in advance to confirm and approve any additional costs before they are charged.


Receiving Your Order:
Once your keepsake is ready, I will send it back to you via Royal Mail tracked delivery. After it has been posted, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel on its journey.

I cannot replace or refund lost or stolen goods in transit without a full postal investigation and trying to determine what went wrong. We may also not refund or replace goods until the postal insurance pays out.
